Purchase AppleCare+ with your new Mac.
1. Service coverage is available only for Mac and its original included accessories for protection against (i) defects in materials or workmanship, (ii) batteries that retain less than 80% of their original capacity and (iii) unlimited incidents of accidental damage from handling, each incident being subject to a service fee of RM 469 for screen damage or external enclosure damage, or RM 1,429 for other accidental damage.
2. Availability of each option depends on the country in which the service is requested and the location of the Apple Authorised Service Provider. Apple may also request that the customer replace components with readily installable parts.
3. For international service, Apple may service your Mac with a comparable Mac model or parts that comply with local standards. Service options and fees may vary.
